I forgot my user name or password
If you have forgotten your user name or password, we can email you the information. Just enter your email address, and we'll send your information to you at the entered email address. Note this you must use the email address that you have registered on your club's web site.
Email Address:
I never received my user name and password via email
If you requested your login information via email, you should have received the information within a few minutes. If you have not recevied your information, it could be because our email was blocked by a spam filter, or by your security settings.
Email from our servers comes from one of two email addresses: webmaster-at-informationfairway.com or informat-at-elmo.netnation.com (note: the "-at-" string should be replaced here by "@"). If you have security settings on your email client, you need to allow email from these users.
The other possibility is that the email is being blocked by your email provider. The solution here is variable, depending on your email provider. You need to contact your email provider to determine if our email is being blocked, and how that situation can be rectified.
Here at InformationFairway.com, we understand everyone's desire for privacy. We have NEVER sent unsolicited email to members of our subscriber clubs.

I know my user name and password, but I can't log in
If you are entering your user name and password, but are not getting logged in, there are two possibilities.
I get the message: Sorry - username or password that you entered is not valid for this club. If this is what you are seeing, then you are entering your login name or password incorrectly. Please note that user names and passwords are case sensitive (meaning that "JOE" and "joe" are not the same). There are no spaces allowed in user names or passwords. Make sure that your CAPS LOCK key is not on.
I get no error message: I just get the login page again. Your browser's security settings are preventing us from setting cookies on your machine.
